Assessment Exam - Miscellaneous Features-Prompting for Attestation or Honor Code

If you have a self-assessment exam, there are a couple of ways you can prompt the user to accept an acknowledgement or attestation page or honor code.  The first and the easiest one is under Manage Feature, just enable Legalese Acknowledgement Page.  Under Legalese, you can then put whatever verbiage you would like the user to accept.  So here I'm just going to put in some user agreement, and then I'm going to open another browser.  Give me one second. I will actually just make sure I reset my own progress, so I will start over.  Okay, so Derek Morgan is the learner here, and I'm just going to search for this course. Okay, when I start the course, I will be prompted for this legalese.  This legalese will be accepted before I start the whole course, but then if I start the exam, I can go ahead and start the exam.  Now, you have another option. I'm going to come back, and what I will do is I will reset Derek Morgan's progress.  And I'm going to go back to the exam to say, actually, I'm not going to use legalese page. Okay, I'm going to delete that. And as a matter of fact, I'm going to uncheck the box.  Instead, I'm going to go to the exam itself under Advanced Options, and I'm going to click on Edit. So I'm going to say that I'm going to require acknowledgement of a description.  When updated, there is a section that opens up, and I'm just going to put in some verbiage here. So let's say I'm going to copy and paste some gibberish here.  Now, what I have is I'm going to reset the user's progress so that the user will start all over again. So I'm going to come over here, and I'm going to copy the name.  I'm going to start the course one more time. This time, when the user starts a course, there is no legalese page because we have removed it.  However, when the user clicks on Start, is when they will see this page where they must acknowledge in order to continue.  So those are two ways you can prompt the user to acknowledge something you want them to acknowledge. You can choose A or B. You can also choose A and B. Thank you.
