Here is the flow of question-based review On the left-hand side, we're using an example of four questions As you can see, question writer A is in charge of the first question Question writer B is in charge of the second two And question writer C is in charge of question four One question one finished writing is submitted to the first-level reviewer Which is optional, but just lets you fill out this whole flow He's going to review it, and then the second-level review So like I said earlier, this you can consider as a section review And this is chairperson review But in the question-based review process, we just refer to this as level one And refer to this one as level two For question two and question three, as you can see As soon as writer B finishes reviewing, the question will flow to level one reviewer This person right here, which is different from the first one And the same deal here, question four When question writer C finishes writing, it will also flow to this reviewer So as you can see, three questions will get funneled to this reviewer One question gets funneled to the first reviewer for level one And notice category does not come into consideration at all Not just because the review flow is strictly based on which question Instead of which topic the question happens to be in And here just further illustrate the idea That the first question goes through a fairly normal one, two, three flow Whereas the next set of questions, you can see that the question might zigzag To different reviewer at different stages But the idea here is you can choose the path that the question goes to Sometimes this path can get so complicated when you have so many questions You can summarize it by saying So I'm just going to go to the next screen To say, instead of planning out each step at the question level I want to plan out all the questions at the author level So that all the questions written by one author flow through the same flow And then let's say in this example, the first two authors All the questions they created will go through this flow And the third and fourth author All the questions they create will go through another flow So it is essentially the same as question-based review The only difference is that you simplify the setup So that instead of specifying each question one at a time You're specifying each author one at a time Assuming that all the questions created by the same author Can go through the same review process Thank you
Video Summary
The video discusses a question-based review process, where different question writers are responsible for specific questions. The first-level reviewer receives the first question for review, followed by the second-level reviewer for section reviews. The flow of questions may vary, with some zigzagging to different reviewers. To simplify the process, the video suggests planning the review based on authors rather than individual questions. This means grouping all questions by the same author and assigning them to the same review process. Category considerations are not relevant in this question-based review setup. No credits were mentioned in the transcript.
