Assessment Exam - Question Writing and Review-Step 0. Planning and Initial Setup

Before we actually go through the process of how to set up a question based review process, let's plan the process out in Excel file. So in this hypothetical example I have  question 1 through 20 and notice that I really I'm not concerned about the category for the question because question based review does not care about which topic the  question belongs to and I'm going to designate the Marvel superheroes as our question writer. Don't worry about the coloring. I'm just using color to have a easy break so that we  know which user is writing for which questions, which superhero I should say. And then after Marvel superheroes has finished writing the question, I'm going to invite  DC superheroes to help us do round one review. The only sort of wrinkle here is I purposely ask Stephen Strange to do the question round one review for two of the questions that  Bruce Banner wrote. The reason I do this is because I want to show it is possible to have some question writers to review questions that they didn't write, but review questions that  someone else's wrote, right? And you will see that I will use this example as well for round two review by saying I'm going to ask all the Star War.  Characters to do the round two review, but I will also sneak in Doctor Strange as a round two reviewer for first two questions that this Steve Roger wrote that can't reviewed. I'm  going to ask Stephen Strange to review those so very high high level planning using some of the superheroes that we know  about and then the next set of videos is how we actually going to mechanically set this up.
