So now that we have set up the entire workflow based on this diagram, let's take a look to see what it looks like. So we're going to come back to our item bank. I'm going to click on my superhero trivia and I'm going to click on question review button and you can see here all 20 questions are listed. The first column represent the question along with the author. As you can see, Steven Roger, Steve Roger, I should say, has the first three questions, which is what we want. I just want to put it here and then notice the second leg is Clark Kent Superman. OK, and then the last leg, Steven Strange, is doing the first two from the list and Han Solo is doing the third one. So this is just a presentation. A representation of what we have done in Excel file. Now that we have translate that here. Now I did not do the example where there's only one leg where say Clark Kent will take the user from ready for review all the way to chair approved without two step, but that is pretty straightforward. So now let's actually go through each persona and see what happens. So I'm going to do is actually have multiple browsers already ready to go. So I'm going to open the first browser, which is Steve Rogers. So once Steve Roger comes in, he's going to see here he's going to click on my questions and then he's going to see this two or three questions that's listed. So let's just click on the first one. OK, arithmetic question. So let's pretend that he did something. So the stem I'm just going to say what is one plus one, OK? The answer is 2. OK. And I'm just going to say click on save. So suppose as simple as this question is. Steve Rogers says this is good to go. Then what happens is notice that the system actually tells Steve Roger. Hey, just so you know when you submit Clark Kent is going to do the first round. Stephen Strange is going to the second round or review. Steve Roger the Captain America knows exactly who is going to see his question. So let's say he's happy. He said OK, I'm submitted for review. OK, so now there has been submitted for review. He can go back to my questions and he will see that the first question has been submitted for review and he can look at the second one. OK, for the second one, let's just say what is two plus two. Since we're on the math theme, so so let's just say 1234 and then click on save and then if he's happy he's going to say click ready for review. Alright, and then. I'm going to close on this one. I'm going to click on the line. I'm just going to refresh the show that. I'll have one more, so let's just finish it off and I'm going to say what is one plus two, OK? 1234 the answer is three. I'm going to submit for review. Alrighty, so now as this point as quick and careless as as I was with my questions, I have demonstrated how Steve Roger kept America was able to submit the questions. Now what happens? Let's look at the chart. Notice that Superman Clark Kent is supposed to be the next round. I actually have a browser open Clark Kent. I'm going to click on my questions. You will notice that the Clark Kent has three questions and is ready for review and they even check that this is new review and it has not been reviewed. So Clark Kent can come in here and he look at it. He's a hey, you know what this is good. Let's just say let's just change something right so. And what is one minus one? OK, alright, I'm not actually sure what I'm going to do to the question to make it better. It's such a simple question, but when I finish I click on finish review. OK. And let me go home. I click on my questions. I'm going to click notice that it lights up so I'm going to go to the next one. I'm going to say this one. You know I'm not even going to look anything. I'm just going to finish review. Notice this is that you can optionally put into the system when you set up the review, but I'm going to say finish review. OK, I'm going to click on home and before I do the third one, I'm just going to jump over to show according to our Excel file. OK. Stephen Strange OK is going to be working on two questions and Han Solo is going to work on the third one, so I have another browser open. This one happens to be Stephen Strange. OK, I'm going to click on my questions. Notice that there's only one question. That's because this is the second question and that it's not ready for Stephen Strange to review, but I can click on it. I'm just going to say finish review. OK, at this point I'm going to come over here. Look at Stephen Strange. I'm going to refresh the screen two questions available if I log in as Han Solo, which I don't have a browser open as Han Solo. Han Solo will see just one question, so that will match exactly how this review process is flowing. Next, I'm just going to say, hey, as administrator, I would like to stick my nose into how everything is doing. I'm just going to refresh this screen. Notice that system actually tells you where the progress is, so this three lights up because Clark Kent has already finished the review. So over here I'm just going to go back to Stephen Strange and I'm just going to say, hey, the first one I'm going to finish review as well. OK, so now if I come over here as administrator, I can refresh. Notice that he also markets done. As a matter of fact, if I just go back to the item bank, go to my superhero trivia item bank and then click on question status, you will notice that two questions has been reviewed. One question has been approved and the rest 17 is still in edit status. So hopefully I know this tutorial is quite long, but hopefully it will demonstrate how you can tell Oasis exactly which user is writing the question, which user is reviewing the question and which doing level one review on which users doing level two review. By this point you can see that if I go to the questions, the 20 questions, there's one that has been chair approved. Thank you.
