We have loaded all the faculties who is going to be involved in the question writing process. We're going to click on question review button and this is where we're going to set up how, who is reviewing whose question. So we are going to select author based as manually configured review is slightly more complicated and out of scope for this tutorial. We're going to select author based review and click on confirm. Now we're going to select who is the author. So we're going to select Jennifer as the author and then we're going to select who is the reviewer. So for the first level reviewer we're going to say it is Laura and then we're going to say, Laura can start review when the status is ready for review and when she finish, the review status is going to be review completed. This will give us a criteria that is for level one reviewer. So we're going to click on next. Now we're going to go to new review and then we're going to set up another author based. Once again for Jennifer, except this time we're going to set up the level two reviewer for all the questions that Jennifer creates. So we're going to select Linda as level two and in this particular case, even though we could set up second level one reviewer, if we want to do that we just click on next. But in this particular case we're going to say when the question is review completed, I'm going to give Linda the ability to review which essentially make Linda the level two reviewer. I'm going to click on next. So now under the author view tab, as administrator you can see that all the questions that's created by Jennifer is going to be reviewed by Laura first and then get reviewed again by Linda. We will quickly set up more review flows so that it will match the Excel file provided earlier. Now we have set up first three authors, Jennifer, Judith, and Kari. And as you can see, Laura is responsible for all the questions created by Jennifer and Judith and Lynn is responsible as a first level reviewer for Kari and Linda is responsible for all level two review. Then we can go to the new review and this time we're going to make Linda responsible for all the questions created by Kari. So we're going to go here and say Linda. This time she will review from ready for review but she can take it all the way to chair approved so that bridges the two levels. So she essentially will be the person that's responsible for all two levels. If that's not enough, what we can also do is we can say as a bonus for all the questions created by Kari, we can ask someone else to do review. So even though Jennifer has always been author, we can also ask her to pitch in as a reviewer that will take from both level one and level two. So in this particular case, we can make Jennifer responsible for Kari. As you can see, anyone can be author and at the same time can be level two and level three reviewer.
