Now that both faculties have provided some review for whether you can reuse a question or not, let's go back as administrator and see what the administrator can do.  When you click on this icon under question page, there is a last review date. If I apply and I sort, you will see that these are the questions that were most recently reviewed.  In addition, as an administrator, I can click on it, I can look at what the review is, and as administrator, and only as administrator, I can delete the reviews for whatever reason.  As you can see here, administrator has ability to delete any reviews that were submitted and search for any question that has been reviewed.  Last but not least, under report, question report, question reuse review, I can actually select any item bank that has reuse review set up,  do a search and export all the reviews for all the questions in the item bank. So hopefully this three tutorial shows you how to set up the faculties so that you can delegate them  ability to review questions for reuse, and then how the faculty go through the questions to review them.  And lastly, how the administrator can either run reports or search slash delete these reviews that faculty have submitted. Thank you.
