So to get us started, we want to go to item bank and that let's create a new item bank and let's call this 2021 let's say item bank just because we are not very clever with our  names and we're going to move forward and let's say we say hey this particular item bank I'm going to only cover two topics you can cover more but in my example I'm just going to  cover this too okay and then I'm going to say I'm only going to want let's say multiple choice five questions and these are the things that I want to track and the none of them are  required okay and I want I do want to enable question writing and review process okay and maybe in the beginning I'm not even going to send any emails for review and I'm just going  to move on okay so now I have set up now I have set up item bank
