Video Transcription
If you want to make any changes to the closed caption that has been automatically generated, you will click on this little icon to manage the video. And here, as administrator, you can actually modify. So for example, I can click into the first one, I can double click, and then I can say this is administrator editing the closed caption. So I'm not very creative with what I'm editing, but let's say I do that. Make sure that you save and apply changes so that whatever change you have made is applied. So now that I can go anywhere, I can double click, and I can say, let's say I remove the word basically, and let's say this EQ is supposed to say EQ. Let's pretend that that's how you're supposed to spell EQ, right? So you just have to save and apply changes. After you make these changes, and this is very important if there's any acronyms or special terminologies that's unique to your subject domain, that the closed caption that we automatically generate is not 100% accurate, it is important for you to go in here and then make any manual adjustment. Let's say you made the manual adjustment. What we are going to do is we're going to come over here. I'm going to refresh the screen this time. So you can see that as administrator, the closed caption has already been changed. You can see the first one, this administrator editing the closed caption, right? So you can see that the change, the EEEQQQQ, you can see that all the changes that I have made is automatically applied. If I start over this video, so here we go, you will see that the closed caption not only does it show up on the transcript, you also show up on the video itself, right? So that shows how you can manually edit the closed caption that we automatically generate. Thank you.
