Video Transcription
By default, the user will be able to export their full listing of transcripts as an Excel file. You can, if you want, as an administrator, decide to allow PDF export instead of Excel export. When you do that, you probably want to upload a logo so that the PDF itself has some sort of authenticity to it because it will carry your logo. In this case, I'm just going to switch back here. I'm just going to refresh the screen and notice it says export to PDF. And I'm just going to export to the PDF and show what it looks like. As you can see here, the logo is right here and you will have users credit requested broken down by year. Right. So that if something is requested in 2023, it's separate from 2022. And if the user says, hey, I would like to only have all the credit they have received for the year 2023, let's say to today. Actually, not to today, to end of the month. Then when they do a PDF, you will actually only generate the credit that is fit within the filter that has been listed. Thank you.
Video Summary
In the video, it is explained that users can export their transcripts as an Excel file by default. However, administrators have the option to allow PDF export instead and can upload a logo to give the PDF a branded look. The video demonstrates how to switch to PDF export and shows an example of what it looks like, with the logo included. The video also mentions that users can request credits, which are broken down by year. If a user wants to generate a PDF with only credits received in a specific year up to the end of the month, they can apply a filter to achieve this. No credits were granted for this summary.
