Video Transcription
At first glance, it seems like OASIS will always sort the list of the credit received by the completion date. In reality, it's actually more complicated than that. OASIS will sort by the completion date with the archive course located at the bottom. So let me show what that means. So in this particular case, the course Vision and Occupational Therapy is published and is finished in May 2023, so it's listed at the top. If I archive this course, and I'm going to refresh the screen here, any archived course is pushed down to the bottom. And the idea is sometimes when the user transcript gets too busy, courses that's archived create more confusion, so we push it down to the bottom. If you prefer OASIS to not do that, what you can do is you can once again go to the transcript setting and uncheck the box that says archive course at the bottom. So now if you see here, it no longer pushes the archived course to the bottom. Thank you.
Video Summary
In this video, the speaker explains that the OASIS system sorts the list of credits received by completion date, but with the archive course listed at the bottom. They demonstrate how archiving a course pushes it to the bottom of the list, and they mention that this is done to avoid confusion when a user's transcript becomes too busy. However, users have the option to change this setting and keep archived courses in their original position. No credits were granted in this video.
