Suppose you have enabled the rating, you can go to report activity report, course report, and the course rating, and then you will be able to download who actually rated various scores.  As administrator, learners obviously would not know that information.  So, for example, you can say, give me all the courses, and then do a generate, and then you can see exactly what's the score and who rated them.  We can see John Smith rated four here, five here, and four here, and Mary Jane rated five here.  And as administrator, you can click on the little X to remove bad ratings, and you can export this information as an Excel file just in case you want to import it somewhere else.  Thank you.
