Creating Courses by Use Case-1 - Creating a Flashcard Product

In this video tutorial, we will go over how to use our new course creation wizard called By Use Case.  As administrator, under Courses, when you click on Add Course, you will now have an option to create using By Course Type workflow,  which is what we have always had, or you can create a course by Use Case. In this tutorial, we will go through By Use Case, and then we are going to select the flashcard.  In future tutorial, we will go over a few other use cases, and our use cases will continue to grow over time. But in this video tutorial, we will focus on flashcard.  And suppose that I want to create a deck of flashcards. In other words, my product is a flashcard product, where the product will have multiple decks.  I could go through a single deck, which means my flashcard product will only have one deck of flashcards.  So I select that for cards, and also I will allow searching, and I will also notify user when any new flashcard is added. Then I'm going to click on Next.  I will give it a name, I'm just going to say, let's say this one is going to be Basic Math Flashcard Set. Okay, Math Flash.  And I'm just going to walk, the rest of the wizard, just keep everything checkbox checked,  whatever default settings check, that is essentially what the use case will automatically set the setting that make most sense.  Now that I have set up a flashcard product, a few things I want to highlight. First, is that under Terminology, you will see that the asset name will be referred to as a flashcard,  and because it's a multiple deck of flashcards, each deck actually is a module, and we're going to refer module as deck.  And because of Terminology, when I click on Content, you will see that before it was saying Module, now it says Deck, and I can add decks.  This is how you can start on setting up a flashcard using the By Use Case workflow.  In the next setup tutorial, we'll go over what are the special capabilities that are made available, because the product is created with flashcard as a use case. Thank you.
