Hi, in this video tutorial, we will go over how to use Oasis for credit claim at an annual meeting where the user's credit that they can claim is based on which session they have attended, even though which session they have attended is honor-based self-selection. What you need to do is go to the course tab and click on add new course. This time, select the use case and click virtual conference and one page session list credit claim. In this particular use case, I'm just going to select, have a credit cap and I'm going to say that I'm offering, this is the credit type I'm offering and I'm just going to say that I'm going to cap it at 10 so that even though there might be more than 10 sessions listed, I will basically only allow you to select a claim 10 credit. And then pretend that I'm going to have, let's say 15 sessions altogether. What I'm going to do is I'm going to click on next. So next step is where you need to tell the system what are the 15 sessions that you mentioned. So what I'm going to do here is I'm just going to select, pretend that it is Easter and I'm just going to pause the video while copy and paste a bunch of sessions in this field along with their time, their date, their time and the number of credit that the course offers. So I just resumed the recording where I have manually copy and pasted 15 sessions and I purposely set it up where the first 10 is on September 1 and then the last five is in September 2, just so that you can see the difference of how the system looks if there's a multiple days. And I have set every session with one credit except the last two where I indicated one is worth two. In other words, worth 1.5. And this is because even though it doesn't have to, I just purposely made this two hours. This one is up. There we go. I'm going to make it 1.2 and a half. There we go. Just so that that's the reason why they're worth different amount of hours. Now keep in mind, it does require a lot of copy and paste and the date I'm pasting here is happened to be in the past. And that is something that very subtle. You should only do this for live webinar. I'm sorry, live annual meetings that have happened in the past. Oasis is not going to let you set up annual meeting in the future and let the user claim credit for event that has not happened yet. Right. So after that, I'm just going to click on next. And this is going to take a little bit depending on how many sessions. And then here is where the normal setup process is going to be for you to set up any product you have. So I'm just going to say example of annual meeting credit claim. Okay, I'm just going to annual meeting 2023. And I'm just going to a wildcard. And I'm just going to say, there we go. And the rest of it is really just the same process that we always have. So I'm just going to quickly go through it to show you. So now what happens in the next recording, I'm going to show you what Oasis actually did when you go through this setup using the setup by use case. Thank you.
Video Summary

The tutorial goes through the steps of adding a new course, selecting the use case, and setting a credit cap. The presenter demonstrates how to input session details, including date, time, and credit amount, copy-pasting from a past annual meeting. They explain that this setup is only suitable for past live annual meetings. The video concludes by mentioning that the rest of the setup process is the same as usual.
