Traveling down the user journey, after the pre-test, the user can engage in your learning content. And we know a course has learning content by confirming the bubble with the green icon with a bubble in it. So let's just use this example. Take a look at the content. As you can see, this one happens to have a few videos, a SCORM file, more videos, more SCORM file, and more videos. If you want to find out how much user have engaged with your content, you can click on the engagement report. Here you can see that all the content are listed along with their type. Videos, SCORM, and audio, we do track the average engagement time. But PDF and the link, for example, we can only track whether people clicked on it or not. So as you can see here, you can track last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or a custom date. With this data, you can download the aggregated report, which is what you see here. Or you can download a detailed engagement report. Keep in mind that detailed engagement report can be large, which is why we send it to a queue. And I'm just going to download it to take a look at what the engagement report looks like. And you will see the engagement report is very similar to other reports that it has the user's information. And then all the content are listed here along with what the user have done, whether they viewed it, how long they have watched it. This number is described in seconds. And then you can see that the user's engagement data is available in the Excel file, one row per user who have engaged with your content. So this data might be useful if you want to use any analysis that you want to perform offline. Thank you.
