Engagement can be tracked using a report showing content types like videos, SCORM, and audio, along with average engagement time. For PDFs and links, click tracking is available. Engagement data can cover the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or a custom range. Reports can be downloaded in aggregated or detailed formats. Detailed reports, sent via queue due to their size, include user actions and engagement duration, useful for offline analysis.
