If your course happened to have a pre-test, which I'm just going to grab this example right here by looking for the icon that has pre-test, so I know that this particular course has a pre-test, I'm going to come here, I'm going to click on exam, and this example I'm picking happened to have pre-test and post-test, but I'm just going to click on the pre-test right here. And if I want to download how the user answered the exam, I will select this link right here, which represents that there is 1,192 students submitted, started the exam, and 1,182 finished the exam, representing a 99.24% completion rate. And then I can download either their score or their response directly on this screen, so let's say I'm just going to download their score, so here we go. And then this Excel right here will list every single user who have submitted the exam along with the user's information and their score right here, how long they spent, their score, and when they submitted the exam. So as you can see, this will give you information about just the score for each user, if you want their responses, you can download the response, which will potentially be a much wider Excel file if you have a lot of questions. So as you can see here, it has quite a few questions, about five questions, so you end up having 15 columns, with one column indicating the right answer, what they answered, the answer key, and whether the person get it right or wrong, and these three columns repeat it for every question in that exam.
