Data Warehouse (Data Reporting, Made Easier)-Search and download data for more than one course

Sometimes, you might need to download the full data report for more than one course. In this case, you can navigate to report, activity report, course report, engagement,  and then the full data report. So I'm just going to open this new box, new window. As you can see, you can search essentially for the courses.  So for example, I'm just going to search for all the courses that starts with the word manuscript review.  Notice that you can search for courses by containing their title, or if you have a list of product codes, you can actually type in the product code.  But let's say I just start with a manuscript review. I need to do a quick search. Here are all the courses that contains manuscript review in their title.  And then you can see these are on-demand courses that is published. So you can basically add them to your report.  So depending on how many you want to actually generate the data for, you can do that. And notice when you have more than one course on your target list, you can download everything  in one worksheet, or you can download one course per worksheet, depending on how you're going to use the data. Now, a few more things.  If you have course group set up, you can search by course group, and then you can say, hey, I've already have all the course group set up. I just want all the one that's a webinar.  And you can just add all the courses in the group. And then there are 88 courses in the group, and you can just directly download.  Notice that by default, when you search for a course group, we're going to assume that you want everything in that course group. So we automatically add them.  But let's say you say you don't want the 88, you can remove the ones that you don't want in your report, and then you can download the report.  Last thing we want to mention is that you can click on advanced filter, and you can decide when you do a search, what type of course that is, and what kind of course type,  just in case that make your search a little bit more targeted. So as you can see, in addition to download this full data export under our data warehouse  feature, you can also come to this dedicated search page and download the same set of data, but for more than one courses.
