Video Transcription
There's a variety of ways of sorting your users into user groups. Here, we're just going to show one way to do it, under Tools, List, User Group. As you can see here, you can create groups, and then you can manually put in the group based on whatever cohort they belong to. Or, if you have a user profile or any user attribute that you want to key on, you can set up a dynamic group. So, for example, this particular group is based on a set of rules, and the rules happen to be based on a user profile. So, I'm going to click on the pencil icon to show you. It's basically saying the examinee role is, and then whatever role it is. And this user profile happens to be collected at the user signup. In your circumstance, you might have different rules on how to sort users into different user groups. Please reach out to 360Factor if you have a question about how to use our dynamic user group to sort your user into user groups for peer comparison purposes. Thank you.
