So suppose your document upload process is complicated enough that you want to provide some additional instruction. So this video will go through some of the customization capabilities to add instructions along the way. So go to the document repository and click on settings. So here is some of the changes you can make to a document repository process. You can change the default order for the content that's displayed, which by default is a published date. You can control what are the type of file that can be submitted. So for example, if you only want video, you want to restrict it to MP4. And here's some instructions you can say. So for example, let's work it this way. The button the user click on, you can say that upload video, okay? And right above the button, here is some sort of a message to let them know what the button is. So you can say something like, I actually have it ready. We'll really appreciate it if you help us grow this library. And then when they're about to submit, you can give them some instructions. For example, you can say, make sure you upload video and fill out the form. The admin will be notified and will review your submission, whatever you want them to see right before they submit a video. And after they finish submitting the video, we can give them some sort of a thank you note, like thank you for your submission. We really appreciate it. So now that I have set up some of the customized instruction, let's go over to the learner side and try to upload it again. You can see this is a little encouraging word to say, hey, I appreciate it. The button has been changed to say upload video. And then when I click on the button, the instruction will let the user know exactly what they are about to do. And let's say we upload a video. Notice now I can only use MP4 because we have restricted. So now let's just upload a MP4 file. So let's just wait for it to finish uploading. It's a seven meg file. And then let's say this one is called how to stop spread of COVID-19. There we go. That's a very popular video. And next, what I'm going to do is I'm going to fill out the form. Let's just select other. Let's say this is COVID-19. And that's good enough. And I'm going to say Thomas Wong. I'm going to put today's date, click on save. So now this information was the post submission message so that they understand what to expect. You can tell them, you know, well, it will be approved and you will be notified. So when I click on close, that's good to go. Notice that I've already uploaded three PDF that was approved. This one is pending approval. So this is how you can go about setting things up and make the user experience a little bit more sort of clean. By the way, it looks at the name didn't stick. So I just say how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Okay, here we go. All right, so that is how you can customize all the instructions along the way.
