So, on the left-hand side, we will continue with the configuration of the subscription, which is set up as a bundle. On the right-hand side is what the user sees inside the bundle. So as we have already discussed, we put 12 courses in this subscription, and the user has access to all 12. So now, suppose I decide to remove a couple courses, and note that the user has finished two of the courses. Actually, I'm just going to start the third one, so that we can see exactly all the possible use cases. So, out of 12 courses that are inside the subscription, the user has finished two, started the third one, and they have quite a few that have not even started yet. So suppose I remove a few courses. I will remove Addressing Cost of Medication. So I'm going to remove this one. So remember, this is the one that the user has already finished. In addition, I'm going to remove Child Development Delays and Disorders. So it's this one right here. I will also remove this one. Okay, next one is, I will also remove this one, Hospice and the Palliative Care Self-Study. Okay, so I'm going to come over here, this one right here. So I removed three things. I removed one course the user has finished, one course the user has started but not finished, and one course the user has not started. So now what I'm going to do is I'm just going to refresh this screen to show you. So notice, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. So the subscription has went from 12 in the subscription to 9, which matches exactly what is currently in the subscription. However, I want to come back to my courses to show that there are two courses the user has access to outside of the subscription. And one of them is the one that I have finished, another one is one that I have already started. The only one that was removed from the subscription but user no longer see is the one that the user has not started. So this is the idea where one user have a subscription and you remove things out of the subscription, user can still see any courses that they have started or finished that used to be part of the subscription, but they're just going to see them outside of the subscription. And the reason is just because the system sort of treat them as no longer part of the subscription. There are ways to hide them so that user no longer have access to things that used to be part of the subscription, but that require much more complicated setup. So just keep in mind, when you remove things from the subscription, the courses will completely disappear for the user if they have never started. But if the user have started the course that used to be in the subscription, they will see them except it will be outside of the subscription on their homepage. Thank you.
Video Summary
This video transcript discusses the configuration of a subscription bundle. The left-hand side shows the setup of the subscription, while the right-hand side displays what the user sees inside the bundle. In this example, there are initially 12 courses in the subscription, with the user having finished two and started a third. The video demonstrates the removal of three courses: one that was finished, one that was started but not finished, and one that was not started. After refreshing the screen, it shows that the subscription now contains nine courses. However, two courses that were removed are still accessible to the user outside of the subscription. The video explains that this is because the system treats them as no longer part of the subscription. The transcript concludes by mentioning that there are ways to hide these courses completely, but it requires a more complicated setup.
