Once you have requested to turn on FlexField for your courses, you can go to tools, list,  and then you will see everything that have turned on. In this demo site, they have three FlexField  turned on, one for product line, one for sponsor, and one for activity type. So I can just click on,  for example, sponsor, and I can get the list of all the sponsors, and I can tag them directly  on this page, or I can tag the courses to their FlexField on the course detail page right here.  So the only thing you have to do is reach out to support to ask to enable the FlexField, and  tell us how many FlexField you need, and what is the label for the FlexField. After that, you can self-manage.
