This video tutorial will show how to set up a Exhibitor Hall using our Document Repository type. And this is one of the first series of videos to slowly and incrementally build out an Exhibitor Hall to have more and more information. So the first step, Login as Administrator, add a course, and the Exhibitor Hall actually is created using our Document Repository. So click on Document Repository, and let's just make it Exhibitor Hall. So this will be Tutorial Exhibitor Hall. And typically you don't want to charge for Exhibitor Hall, so leave that alone. So next I'm going to have Learning Content checked. And over time we're going to build more features into it, but let's just do Learning Content, and because each Exhibitor Booth actually is a Learning Content. So the first thing we're going to do is let's add a little image so that the Exhibitor Hall has some image. So I'm just going to grab just a random image that happened to be on my computer. It does not have to be anything special, other than probably you want to use this size, and I think I actually used something that's not even this recommended size, but I'm just doing it as an example. So and then I'm just going to create all the Exhibitors. So each Exhibitor will show. I'm going to use these icons. So all the Exhibitors are listed here. There's 23 of them. So I probably won't record myself doing this 23 times, but as soon as I do a few, it will become quite evident how to do this. So this is just one possible setup, but this is what we're going to do. So let's just start with the first one. So you click on Add. You make sure it is text, because every Exhibitor will essentially have their booth, and the booth is actually regular text. So here, the first one, I'm going to be, call it ALA, and then I'm going to select. Actually that will be it. So I will actually select the, no, that's it. Okay, and then I'm going to click on the pencil icon, and I'm going to click Additional Optional Poster. It looks like I would have been able to do the same step earlier, but anyhow. So let me just add that one, click on Save. So now I have one sponsor already. So let's just add another one. Make sure you select text, and the next one is WEBTOON, and it looks like I just select the poster. So notice that when the user, as long as you have the image locally stored on your computer, it's just a matter of loading them one by one. So I'm just going to create two, and then quickly go over to show what it looks like. So I'm going to switch over to the Learner View. Lastly, Exhibitor Hall, I made it free. Okay, so this is what it looks like right now by default, which is not what we want. So what you need to do is you need to go over here, click on Back to the Detail, because this is what a document repository looks like by default. What you want to do is you want to click on Manage Feature, and let's say you want to do Allow Document Search, and do a search-centric layout. So now that those two checkboxes are checked, notice this is what the user sees. So we are getting closer and closer on our way to set up a full Exhibitor Hall.
