Video Transcription
video tutorial, we will go over an example of how to use a document repository to do a poster gallery. So it will actually be very similar to an exhibitor gallery that we have done earlier, except we are going to highlight a few features within document repository that may not be suitable for exhibitor hall, but might be suitable for poster gallery. So we are going to click on document repository, let's just call it poster gallery. So now what we are going to do is we are going to get a zero price, and we already know that we are going to allow document search, and we are going to do a search centric, because that is the layout that we did for sponsor gallery, which is going to be similar for poster gallery. So what we are going to do is we are just going to upload some video and then some PDF as example. So just to speed things up, I already have some PDF ready on my computer. I am just going to upload them here. I am also going to upload some videos. As you can see, it really doesn't matter what type of content your poster is in, whether it is text, PDF or video or images, but let's just suppose these are the ones that you want. And then what I am going to do is I am just going to go ahead and publish it. Notice that this time I did not set it to say that the display order is sequence, I just let it be a published date. If that is not what you want, you should definitely change it. So now I have already published it, I am just going to go over to the learner side to see what it looks like. So this is poster gallery, I am not going to make the purchase. Voila, so 5 videos, 3 PDF. Fairly simple and if you already have the content, you just upload them, it is easily done. All the searching, all the keyword, everything that we described in the earlier module about Expo Hall equally applies here, so we are not going to repeat ourselves. In the next module, we are going to highlight a few things that might be unique to this particular setup.

The presenter uploads various types of content, such as videos, PDFs, and images, and publishes the gallery. They mention that the display order can be customized and show the learner side of the gallery with five videos and three PDFs. The presenter notes that the searching and keyword features explained in a previous module are applicable here as well. The next module will highlight unique aspects of this setup. No credits were mentioned.
