One feature that's a little bit unique to Exhibitor Hall is that when the user is in here, you might want to set up a form for the user to contact the sponsor. To do that, all you have to do is go to Manage Features and tick the checkbox that says Include Contact Me form for each asset. When you do this, actually, it doesn't work right away. Notice that there is no contact form. The reason is that OASIS doesn't know who to email the user with any contact information. So in order to turn it on truly for each sponsor, you have to go to Cards of Humanity, for example, click on this icon right here, and give it a name. So I can say Cards Against Humanity at, let's say, Google.com, okay? As soon as I set it, it's going to turn green to tell you that this one has an email associated with it. And I'm also going to do it for, for example, this one, so ALA at Google.com. So then notice that when I hit Refresh, the form is going to show up, and then when someone sends an email, it's going to go to the email that's set up on the other side. You could actually put comma delimited. So comma and another someone else. It can be comma delimited, but what happens is notice that if I go into a booth that does not have it set up, it does not have a contact us form. So it's the way that the system knows whether to display the contact form or not is based on whether there is an email address associated with that asset or not. Without an email address, it's not displayed. With an email address, it is displayed.
Video Summary
The video discusses a unique feature within the Exhibitor Hall where users can set up a contact form for sponsors. To enable this feature, users need to go to Manage Features and select the "Include Contact Me form" checkbox for each asset. However, initially, the contact form may not appear because the system doesn't know who to email with the contact information. To activate the contact form for each sponsor, users need to click on the sponsor's icon and provide an email address. Once an email address is set, the form will appear and any emails sent will be directed to the specified email. The system determines whether to display the contact form based on the presence of an associated email address.
