A unique feature of Document Repository is the fact that it's considered special and can be grouped separately from regular courses. What I mean by that is, if you log in as administrator, under dashboard, there's course layout. If you just click on this button right here to uncheck library, that means everything is going to show up under my courses. So let's just switch over to see how that looks. So when I click on my courses, all the courses are going to show up on my courses. However, I can say that I would like to separate the Document Repository into its own navigation. All you have to do is click on library. What this does is, it's going to take all the content the user has access to away from my courses. So they will still have any on-demand, multi-part, live courses. They will still have them here, but they will also have additional navigation option on the left-hand side where they can go and see all the Document Repository. So this way, all the courses that's typed Document Repository is separated from rest of the courses, and it can have its own label. And this label is customizable, so you can call it resources, library, documents, anything you want. The changing of this label requires a ticket submitted to OASIS, but to separate all your content into a separate navigation is managed as administrator under dashboard, course layout, and just click on this option right here.
