Document Repository allows continuous additions of new information and lets users subscribe to updates. If you don't want users to subscribe, you can disable this feature. Upon disabling and refreshing, users will lose the ability to subscribe and won't receive any updates, even if they previously subscribed. This feature is enabled by default but can be turned off to prevent notifications from being sent out.
