One unique feature about Document Repository is the fact that user cannot complete the Document Repository so that you can constantly add new information into the Document Repository and the user can subscribe to update. Now, if you don't want the user to be able to subscribe to update, what you can do is you can just toggle this to disable. Once you disable, what happens is, I'm just going to refresh, you'll notice the user will lose ability to subscribe to update. And even if they have subscribed before, if you disable it, the system is not going to send them out. So keep in mind that's a very useful feature. It's turned on by default, but you can turn it off if you don't want the notification to go out. Thank you.
Video Summary
Document Repository allows continuous additions of new information and lets users subscribe to updates. If you don't want users to subscribe, you can disable this feature. Upon disabling and refreshing, users will lose the ability to subscribe and won't receive any updates, even if they previously subscribed. This feature is enabled by default but can be turned off to prevent notifications from being sent out.
