feature that's unique to Document Repository is the fact that you can allow the learner to rate each content within the Document Repository individually. Remember, for an on-demand course or any other course, the learner can rate the course as a whole, but cannot rate each individual content. For Document Repository, they can. To do that, just go to the Document Repository and make sure that Allow User Content Rating is selected. When that is selected, when the user goes to the particular Document Repository, they will have the option to rank, to rate, what they think about this particular course. And then the average score is going to show up on the left-hand side. So if they go back to it, they will see that it's five stars across the board. So keep in mind that this content rating functionality is available at asset level instead of at the overall course level.
Video Summary
The video transcript highlights a unique feature of the Document Repository that allows learners to rate each content individually. Unlike other courses where learners can only rate the course as a whole, Document Repository allows learners to rate each specific content. To enable this feature, users need to select "Allow User Content Rating." Once selected, learners visiting the Document Repository can rank and rate the content they are viewing, and the average score will be displayed on the left-hand side. It is important to note that this rating functionality is available at the asset level rather than the overall course level.
