Now that my video and my PDF has been processed by the AI, I want to show a few things. First is that there is a key icon next to each asset, whether it is PDF or the video. When I click on the key icon, these are the keywords that AI automatically pick out from the summary of the video. Same goes with the key icon next to the PDF. These are the keywords that are automatically detected from the summary of the PDF. The reason I mention that is because now you have the keyword at the asset level. Another keyword at the asset level. If you click on the keyword at the course level, you will notice that all the keywords from the asset are rolled up to the activity. The reason we do that is because the search on the catalog uses the keyword at the activity level, so that in a way the keywords from the assets are implicit keywords at the activity level. Hopefully this makes sense, where keywords are individually detected on each asset you have uploaded for the course. Then those keywords become the keywords for the overall course, because the user will be able to search and find the course itself. Now I'm just going to publish this course, and I'm going to have a user screen. What I want to show is that these keywords that have been automatically detected by AI, that has nothing to do with what I put in there, because I did not put any keywords in there. If I just search for this particular keyword, the course comes back. The course came back because it contains a video that has the keyword. The most important takeaway from this tutorial is the fact that I personally did not watch the video. I personally did not read the PDF. But the keyword from the video and the PDF are automatically detected, and then made it as a part of the keyword for the course, so they can be used for searching. Thank you.
