Video Summary
Admins can edit a learner’s claimed credits and subcredits after the learner has submitted them. Find the user’s account, open the <strong>User Course</strong> tab, and select a completed course. On the user-course intersection page, you’ll see how many credits and subcredits were claimed. Use the <strong>pencil icon</strong> to modify the amounts (e.g., change a subcredit to 0.75). This works for both <strong>learner-allocated</strong> and <strong>admin-allocated</strong> courses, effectively rewriting what was previously claimed or allocated. Changes should be made only when necessary, and course-level settings may also need correction if the setup was wrong.
