If you have a self-assessment exam, you can actually go to the exam and then see there are 52 questions for this exam.  You can actually click on View Direct Link and here is the direct link to that question. We refer to this as the permalink to the question itself.  So as you can see, if you want to link the user directly to a question within the exam,  you can basically navigate to the exam and click on the direct link button next to the questions.  And then you can organize this way. Notice that each question link actually is using an internal ID.  And just please make sure that if you do delete the question and read the question, the ID will probably change. Thank you.
