what you could do instead of deleting the account is merge the account into the new one. So what I mean by that is you go into the tools menu item, you go down here to list users, and then you go to merge user account. In here, what you want to do is grab the email that you wish to retain, the new one, and you put that as your merge target. You find it. And then the source that you're going to merge is the one that's going to leave. So what we're going to do is grab the edu and the money edu and paste that there and click find. So now I have both accounts. I found the source that I'm going to take and merge that data on over to this one. And then you do want to click on the delete duplicate learner progress. And also once it's done merging everything over, delete the merge source account. And when you click merge, you'll get a message, a green checkbox message that states that everything has been merged successfully. All right. Let me know if that works for you.
