for Mohammed. I noticed that you just changed it over to physician at 1223 as well as the  credit or the certificate type so now he could claim ACE credit and ABI MMOC.  Now there's typically two ways you could once you do that you want to either  retroactively grant him credit for whatever course you want to do and then the way you  do that is it's actually pretty simple. You find the course in my case it's probably easier to find  the course that you mentioned the live course that you mentioned in the in the ticket and then I have that one  oh I don't I don't have it in there but this is the name so I'm gonna go back  I'm gonna search for that course right now say this is the one you wanted to grant him  uh give him you know grant him credit retroactively once this returns I'm gonna show you how you would do that for the course only. Okay say Mohammed was in this course and  you wanted to grant him credit retroactively what you would do is scroll down here and go to  uh advanced tools  so now you have three options here you could update the credit amount for the course for  everybody which that's not your case or generate user generate missing user credit and when you do  this it'll allow you to you know grant uh credit to people that were that didn't have  you know the eligibility at the time for you to do so now this is on a course basis now if you want  to do it and basically I just want to generate the credit for all of his courses then you click  on this one right when you do click on it look at what is actually going to happen so I'm going  to look at my courses and then I'm going to click on it I'm not going to click Mohammed  but this is what comes up this is the only course that offers credit uh ABP MOC for a course that  I took and then basically if I click this it'll update and it will grant me uh credit for this so let's just do that right now I should have taken note of what course that was  because I could have looked it up and and basically delved into it to show you what it was but in either case you have two options  the you grant them credit in the in the credit um in the course or you grant them credit for all  now keep in mind if this is a lot it will you know take a while to process all of them
