If you're using Oasis for your webinar, you can definitely use Oasis' built-in email reminder by going to Manage Feature, select Reminder Email.  Then when you go back to Detail, under Email tab, you will see that there's a reminder email, and you can set 1, say 3, and 7 day reminder email.  Now, user will get an email 1 day before, 3 day before, and 7 day before this live event. You can also click on the pencil icon to modify what you want the email to say, but typically the default message should be enough.  Note that if you use Zoom or any other integrated webinar platform, you can use that platform's reminder email as well, but it will be a little silly to use both, for example, Zoom's reminder email and Oasis' reminder email because user will get twice as many reminder email.  We recommend that you stick with one type of reminder email, either from Oasis or from the native platform. Thank you.
