You're saying that when you're not logged in, you see all the credit available, right? Then when I log in, I'm going to log in as myself, oh, ah, whatever, I'm going to log in as Thomas. I don't know if I remember my password. So I'm going to log in as Thomas and then show you why you're seeing what you're seeing. So you're right. You are offering all those credits and it's fine. It's 1.5 of each. And let me go back to the message. Oh, here we go. Oh, wrong client. So I'm going to expand this and then I'm going to look for the course. So first I'm going to confirm that that's the course. Whoa. So there's a couple. Let me see if I could tell which one it is from your ticket. Oh, you do say there's four webinars. So in reality, it doesn't matter which one it is because they will all offer 1.5, which is great. All right. Now if I look up Thomas, Thomas Wong, which is who I am and logged in as, and there's the account, what you have to look at is his credit eligibility, which means that the system will only display the credit that is available to you, but it does a display and a public catalog what's available to everybody. And that's why there's a discrepancy on what's available to you. So then what I would do, I'm just going to choose this one that has nobody on it and I'm going to grant myself, well, I don't even know if I need to grant myself access. Okay. So I'm going to see what the price is because they're all open enrollment. Yeah. So now as you could see, Thomas, Thomas's account is physician and he has access to ACE and ABIM MOC. So now if I go to this course, which doesn't have any learning activity, great. Let me go back one. So that was one of the zeros. I'm just going to go into this one instead. So his availability for credits, it's going to be ACE and MOC. So now this one also doesn't have anybody, but when he logs in, I'm going to access the course or actually I'm just going to look it up because it's free. I'm just going to look it up on the catalog and show you what he sees. So he's going to see a lot more than anybody else because he's a, he's a physician. So he might be able to see all four because he has ACE certificate of participation is for everybody. And I believe he has ABIM. Yep. So he's definitely going to see a lot more minimum of three credits because ABP is different. So he's going to see three credits when I search for that course. Okay, let me see. So here's what Thomas sees. Like I mentioned earlier, he has ACE and ABIM, MOC available because in his account, that's what he's eligible for, right? Now if I go back to the dashboard, if I go in here, right, which I shouldn't have done that. Let's go back there. And if I choose somebody in here, let's see, Matthew Woodruff, let's go to his account. Let's see if you'll see something different. So now since he's non-physician and certificate unknown in the course, he's actually going to see just participation. I think that's what it is. Let me double check credit manager. Oh no, he'll see just COP. And that's the reason why you're seeing what you're seeing. All right. It's all, you're only going to see what you're eligible for once you're logged in and taking the course.
Video Summary
The speaker explains why discrepancies exist between the credits displayed to logged out users versus logged-in users. They demonstrate this by logging in as Thomas, a physician, and showing that logged-in users only see credits they're eligible for. Thomas sees more available credits (ACE, ABIM MOC) due to his physician status. In contrast, non-physician users like Matthew only see participation credits. Thus, the credit availability varies based on user account eligibility, explaining the differences in visible credits when logged in.
