The second tab is hit rate, and this particular report is trying to capture the top 20 searches with only the first five checked, but you can obviously check more, right? There we go. And then you click on generate a hit graph, but the idea here is we are plotting how many times a particular search is done against how many matches that's coming back. So the idea here is that the more a search term is searched on, which is on the y-axis, you want to see more matches on the y-axis. That means that, for example, a lot of people are searching for the term FCCS, and you want to make sure that there's a lot of content that's matching. Now, obviously, if FCCS refers to one particular product and only one or two things come back, that is totally acceptable. You own how your product is organized, and we cannot tell you if a search term should have one thing come back or 100 things come back, but this particular hit rate diagram should give you a good sense to say, hey, you know what? There's plenty people are looking for MCC cap and only two come back. Is that good or bad? Maybe it's a good thing because you only have one product called MCC cap, and people seem to be able to very quickly find it because only one or two come back, so there's no ambiguity of what they should click on. Over here, you can see that they are searching sepsis 22 times, and they're also searching neurocritical care 24 times. These terms seem to have quite a bit of data come back, so maybe that is a good thing because they're not necessarily searching for a product. They're searching for a concept or term, and a lot of resources are being provided, so hopefully this search hit rate is going to give you a little bit of a visual representation of how often a search term is searched on and how many things have come back, so you can focus your effort on the search term that is higher in frequency so that you don't waste time trying to cater to a particular search term that nobody is actually searching. Thank you.
