What we can do then is we can change the workflow to say that we're going to click on edit to say that we're going to require you submit and then someone needs to approve  before you receive the credit. So we turn on the workflow to introduce approval step. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to reset the submission that was done already  and repeat the process to show how it changes the way that it flows. So here we go. I'm just going to click on delete. So now I'm going to jump back to the user. So this time  I am going to go through the process to submit. So once again, the organization, let's say we call it American Red Cross. So the exact same form that I'm filling out, except this  time, and also Excel file, I'm going to attach, there we go. The only thing is, this time when I click on submit, it will say that your request has been submitted, but it is pending  approval. So notice that the credit is submitted, but the user has not been granted this credit  until the administrator approves. So I'm just going to jump back to the admin screen to show that as administrator, I will have a little progress bar here to show that I have  one submitted that has not been approved. So I will click on here to say, okay, this one, I'm going to click on it and I'm going to approve. Notice you can also deny, but  let's just say that we are going to approve it. Now that the administrator has approved, I will switch back to the other browser as a learner and refresh the screen to show that  now it has been approved. The user can claim and they can also download any certificate if you happen to turn on certificate for this particular course. So this is a slightly more  complicated use case where any credit submission require administrator to manually approve. So this manual approval process could be just a way to keep people honest or you can use  the data to reference another system to make sure the user did indeed receive the credit  that they're claiming.
