Setup and Configuration (Goldilock)-Customizing shortcuts' look and feel

There are a few customization options for the shortcut feature. When you click on here, you will see that there are either a bullet layout or an arrow layout.  By default it is bullet, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to change to arrow. When I change to arrow, I will refresh the page, you will see that it changed the layout.  So you have two options to decide how you would like to display the shortcut area that's at the top left corner. Thank you.
