Similar to how we went through an example for Abbey layout, we're going to navigate to Dashboard, Catalog Settings, and here I'm going to select Manage Layout, and then I'm going to create a new layout, except this time I'm going to select Beth. So I'm just going to call this GHA. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on the pencil icon to start setting this up. So as you can see, I'm going to enable the feature banner because that is part of the mechanics we want to maintain. And in this example, I'm not going to do any feature courses. Keep in mind that just because in my example here, I choose not to do feature courses because they don't have any feature courses. If you do have any feature courses, you could enable feature courses and you might disable feature banner if you don't do feature banner. So just keep in mind we're going through this example as not enabling every possible row that's available in Beth, but you're more than welcome to experiment. So I will enable the search bar like before, and I'm just going to enable row 4 and row 5. I'm going to disable row 6. Keep in mind that you have up to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. You have five rows you can play with, and you also have a list of courses as a row number 9, even though I'm not going to use this. The mechanics for the list of courses is exactly the same in Beth as it was in Abby. So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to set this up. I'm just going to click on here, and I have already have example of where each one is supposed to go. So the first one is going to be a URL. It's a dedicated page where the user will go to. So I'm going to paste there. I will keep the user on the same window, and I'm just going to upload an image that I have already downloaded previously. So this is the image. I'm just going to say that the first image is going to be – I'm going to look at my mapping. So it's a hospital leadership training. So there we go. That's the one. So there we go. I'm going to select that, and I'm going to call this. There we go. All righty. So as you can already see, just like in Abby layout, you have the option to display text right below your tile, or you can hide it. And because I happen to have the images that have the text as a part of the image, I'm going to go to setting here, and I'm just going to disable the text. All right. So now you can see it's just a matter of rinse and repeat. So I'm just going to quickly say that the next one is going to be condition of participation. So it's going to go to a search criteria under interest area and the CMS. There we go. And this one is going to be condition of participation. All right. So now you can see that I'm two tiles in a four-tile setup. So the next one is going to be upcoming webinar under content and live webinar. So content. And keep in mind, all this search criteria and search criteria option is already set up under dashboard, catalog setting, search criteria. I'm basically just picking where the user will go when they click on tile. And I happen to take user to the search criteria options in all my examples. You could take the user to a search criteria overall, or you can take the user to a specific course, a specific course group, just like what you can with ABI layout. Okay. But with that said, the next one is live webinar. Okay. And I'm going to select live webinar, upcoming. All right. And then let's just do a few more. We're almost there. Search criteria option. The next one is on-demand. Okay. So I'm just going to say course type, content type, on-demand. I'm going to select on-demand image, which is right here. Okay. I'm 50% there. So the next one is quality and the patient safety, which is a search criteria under interest area. It is called patient quality and patient safety. All right. And I'm going to select the image that is quality and patient safety. All right. We'll continue on. Another search criteria. This one is under interest area for leadership. Okay. So interest area, leadership. Leadership. There we go. And next one is healthcare business operation. So search criteria, interest area, healthcare business operation. Right. Perfect. And the image is, there we go. And then we're at the last tile. The last one is affiliated society under interest area. So I'm just going to select interest area again. Affiliated society. I'm going to select the image for affiliated society. And now I have officially set up all the tiles, and I can basically click on preview, and I can see exactly what the bath layout looks like. And if I compare this with what we have done in ocean template, it is very similar. We're going to go through a few more steps in other video on how to set up footers and such. But as you can see, we essentially created a bath layout based on the popularity of this particular layout that our clients are doing in ocean template. And we basically create a dedicated layout within Goldie template for this use case. Thank you.
Video Summary
In this tutorial, the process of setting up a Beth layout similar to an Abbey layout is explained through the Dashboard's Catalog Settings. The user can customize features like enabling a feature banner, configuring a search bar, and selectively enabling rows for a bespoke layout. Specific content, such as hospital leadership training and webinars, is assigned to tiles, while the option exists to direct users to various course criteria or groups. The established layout allows for previews, demonstrating its adaptability, similar to templates used by clients in the ocean and Goldie templates.
