In addition to generate a short insight, you also have the flexibility to say, I'm going to want to generate a long analysis, and then you can click on Generate Summary. The way it does is Oasis will then use our own prompt along with your evaluation responses, and then we're going to submit to OpenAI again. As you can see here, it is generating more information. You can also ask OpenAI to identify common themes. You can click on Regenerate, and the system will talk to OpenAI again with a slightly different prompt, but with the same evaluation responses, and then see what you can see here, some of the common themes. If you want to see exactly what the system is submitting, you can download the responses, and keep in mind when you download these responses, which is going to open the Excel file so you can see, this is basically the response that the user have submitted. Keep in mind that when we submit the response to OpenAI, we don't submit things that is obviously just not useful, such as none or NA. Last but not least, if you like any particular summaries, you can just click on Copy Summaries, and then you paste it here, and then you might be able to modify a few things, and then forward it to, say, a grant sponsor, or industry sponsor, or principal investigator sponsor, to help you, to sort of give them a summary of what the users or the learners of your activity has said about the activity. Thank you.
Video Summary
This video demonstrates how the Oasis platform allows users to generate short insights or longer analyses based on prompts and evaluation responses. Users can ask OpenAI to identify common themes by regenerating with slightly different prompts. The video also explains that responses submitted to OpenAI exclude obviously useless information like "none" or "NA". Users can download the responses in an Excel file for review. Additionally, the video suggests users can copy and modify the generated summaries to share with grant sponsors, industry sponsors, or principal investigators as a summary of user feedback. No specific credits are mentioned.
