Even though the secondary topic cannot be used for reporting for students strength and weakness and competency, you can use the secondary topic for searching.  For example, I can go to filter under questions. I can find secondary topic. I can say give me all the questions that was tagged to this core competency.  And everyone that every question that is set to patient care so I can select here and select patient care.  All right, so there are seven questions and the one of them is going to be this question right here.  You see, it's right here. So as you can see, having a question tag to the secondary topic allows you to do searching and just organization of the question.  Currently, that is the extent of how much you can get out of having secondary topic.  We do not use secondary topic for any specific business rules. Only primary topic participate in business rules.
