How to resolve the warning about a mis-configured post-survey

Occasionally, you will see a warning message that looks like this, and it can be a little bit difficult to figure out exactly what went wrong.  What actually happened is that someone must have created the course with post-survey enabled, and then they put in some configuration for the post-survey.  In this case, it put in that it's 30 days after the completion. And then, it removed post-survey as option, and then the system does not know, do you  want the post-survey or you don't? Because it removed post-survey as option, but you have set up a partial configuration for the post-survey.  In this particular case, since you don't really want the post-survey, just delete the post-survey.  And then, notice that we'll automatically uncheck the post-survey checkbox for you, which notice it has been unchecked, and the warning message is no longer there. Thank you.
