Suppose, for some of your frontmatter descriptions, you want the user to click on a link to go to a particular PDF, for example, instead of copy and paste your entire content from the PDF into the frontmatter. And this PDF actually doesn't exist anywhere except on your computer. One way you can do it is, I'm going to dock this learner-facing page on the right-hand side, and I'm going to maximize this screen. So this is the page. So what you can do is a two-step process. First, you go to Tools, CMS, and you basically add a new piece of content. You're going to say, hey, I'm going to add something that is a PDF, that is, for example, disclosure, let's say, annual meeting, 2023. And then I'm going to just grab something on my computer, pretend that this is the PDF that you have. Once you put something in OASIS under CMS, you will see this link here, and you have a couple of links. We recommend that you grab this direct link, copy it. Then what you can do is, for this course, under additional information, what you can do is, for example, you just have to do a little bit of HTML. You can say, there we go, pretend that the disclosure for all faculties are available here. And then what you do is, you just make this a hyperlink. You paste what you copied here, over here, and you probably want to open a new window. So let's say you do this. So I'm going to dock this to the left-hand side again. And on the learner side, if I refresh, notice there's a link here. When the user clicks on it, you will take the user to the PDF that you have uploaded. So this is the way for you to basically put the PDF in OASIS, grab the link to this PDF, and create a hyperlink to that PDF link in your formatter. As a matter of fact, you can do this link for any other things. Instructions later, or even if you have a question that you want to put a hyperlink to a PDF somewhere, you can do that as well. As a final note, if you have a lot of content, we definitely recommend that you create folders and create a folder structure. Otherwise, all your PDF here and there will over time become very disorganized. Thank you.
