Oasis now supports EPUB files natively. To add one to an on-demand course or document repository, select the EPUB content type (third icon) and upload an .epub file like any other content, then publish. Learners open the course, wait briefly for it to load, and can read, scroll, navigate chapters, and use full-screen mode. EPUB behaves somewhat like SCORM but doesn’t report completion, so Oasis can’t automatically track finishing; learners must click “Mark as viewed.” Therefore EPUB content must be optional, not required. Multiple EPUBs are shown in a tile view. EPUB viewing is not supported in the mobile app.
