Hi, sometimes you might want to include certain assets in your product that is not a learning asset. So I'm going to show a few examples of how you can add content, whether it is PDF, videos, or images to a product without having to make them a learning activity, a learning asset. So what we're going to do is we're going to use, and they're tools, they're CMS. So what we will do is I am going to add two content. One is a video and one is a PDF. So I'm going to click on new content. I'm going to say this is a video. I'm going to have a key. I'm going to say this is, let's say, introduction. Okay, I'm just going to upload a video. Here we go. So it just happened to be a video that is on my computer. So let's just wait while it uploads. There we go. So that's a video, and I'm also going to add a PDF. So this one, I'm going to say introduction, except PDF. There we go. I'm also going to upload a PDF. It just happened to grab another PDF, happened to be on my computer. Nothing really crazy about it, all right? So now there's a couple of things shows up here. Under introduction, there's going to be this link right here, and this is the direct link to your content. I'm going to click on copy here. Okay, so I'm just going to remember video is that link, right? And this PDF, I'm going to click on this link, copy. So that is a PDF. Okay, so now how do I use it? Great. So I'm going to come over here, click on courses. I'm just going to random on-demand course. I'm just going to use this random on-demand course as an example. So suppose you want to have this PDF included as a part of your content, but not like a learning content. You can click on edit. You can say, so I'm just going to delete this. Okay, I'm going to say a link to our asset. Okay, and then you can just add links. You can say the first one is a PDF1. Oh, sorry. This is actually the URL that we have here. Okay, I put it here. And text, I can just say PDF1. There we go. And I'm going to say new window. All right, so that's that. And I can just do the same thing over and over again. So I'm just going to do that. Even though I happen to use the same URL, as you can imagine, you can definitely do the same process a few times and have different URLs. But I'm just going to say the first one is PDF1, PDF2, PDF3, even though the URL is actually the same. So here we go. So notice what we have done is we're basically saying there are some content I'm going to make available to you, but they are not part of the learning asset. I just upload in the system somewhere for you to browse, all right? So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on access course. I'm just going to come over here to show these are the links, as you can see. And then when I click on it, you will actually do take the user directly to the PDF. But these itself is not part of the learning content. So that's one thing I want to show. Next thing I want to show is let's say you want to include a video in additional information. And let's say you don't want to use our upload video type. So I can say introduction from our chair, okay? So now what you can do is you turn on rich text box, and there's a little bit trickery that you have to do. You have to pretend that you're going to upload a video just so that you can get the HTML text. So I'm just going to grab a very, very small video to make this a fast process, okay? I'm going to click on save. And now what I'm going to do is I'm going to come over here. See, this is what we actually don't recommend you do because this actually creates a performance issue for your site when you include a blob of content. So what we recommend is upload your video like I was showing in earlier step of this video and paste it here. So now, as you can see, this is the video. And then you can, you know, just make it bigger if you want. Let's say I say 60 and 300. There you go. It's going to be a little bit bigger. And then you can click on add. So as you can see here, now it is a video that is included here as a part of the additional information, but it is much, much faster because it is streaming from the Amazon cloud. And it's in the Amazon cloud because we use tools, CMS, and upload it up there. Hopefully, this will give you a few ideas of how to include content in your product, whether it's on the marketing page or on the learning asset. Once such content doesn't have to be part of the product, it can just be part of the content management portion of our system. Thank you.
