If you use Oasis LMS as the e-commerce shopping cart, the user will receive an email, referred to as purchase confirmation, when they make the purchase in the LMS. The email that they receive is under Dashboard, Email Settings. If you select Purchase Confirmation, this is the email they receive with a placeholder for things, and you can always make changes. It is possible that you want to have a designated email that is different from the standard global template, because this email is the template that's used for every purchase. So suppose you have a purchase that's a little bit special, and you want the user to receive a separate email with very specific instructions on how that particular purchase might have to require some additional action. If that's the case, go to Courses. Let's suppose this is the course that you want to give user some other instruction. Go to Configuration, scroll down, you'll see that under Purchase Notification Email, where you can send a BCC copy of the purchase email to another person, there's also the confirmation email content. So you can click on Edit to set up a separate confirmation email. Notice that the email that you're going to customize is going to be sent to the purchaser in addition to the normal purchase confirmation. So if you set this up, there will be two emails going out. One email contains using the standard template, another email going out that's going to be based on exactly what you set up here. So all you have to do is click on Edit. So for example, you can say, please don't forget to download this exam on our mobile app. So when you do that, the user will receive the confirmation email that they would otherwise receive anyway, and they will receive this email based on whatever text you have configured.
