The OASIS LMS is integrated with the user's credit card processor to process credit card payments. Refunds can be done directly within the OASIS system by searching for the user's name and going to their purchase history. If the refund button is not visible, support can enable it after confirming there won't be any negative impact. Refunds can be done in full or partial amounts. When a refund is issued, user access to the product is not automatically revoked, allowing them to continue accessing the course if needed. However, if access needs to be revoked, it can be done separately by clicking on the process revoke button. Refunds and revoking access are two separate steps.
