Your OASIS LMS is integrated directly with your credit card processor where OASIS automatically run API against your credit card processor to process credit card. You can do refund directly within OASIS. Simply search for the user's name, go to user purchases. You will see that there is a refund button next to the transaction code. If you do not see the refund button, please contact support. We can turn it on after we confirm that there is no downstream impact by doing a refund because sometimes refund might have downstream effect. In this case, I can just click on refund and I pay $2 for it. You can do a partial refund if you want. In this case, I'm just going to do a full refund. Notice that when I refund the money, I do not automatically revoke user's access to this product. That is just in case the refund is, for example, a duplicated charge or something in that regard and you want the user to continue to have access to the course. But if you want to revoke the access, just click on process revoke and then the user will lose access to the product in addition to getting the money refunded. But keep in mind that the refund and the revoke are two separate steps in case they need to be separate.
