In this video, I'm going to demonstrate how you're able to customize the emails that are triggered out of OASIS. So sometimes our client wants to provide an email banner on top of this email that's sent out to the learners. In order for you to be able to update or add a banner to your email, what you need to do as an admin, go to dashboard, and the left-hand side option, there's going to be one that has email setting. Click on that, and you're going to be presented on this page. The first instructional message that you see is for the email banner. So you can see it says, Upload Email Banner. And from there, it tells you the recommended size of the image and the type of image that we recommend uploading. So we recommend a 600 by 75 pixel image banner. And after you upload it, you could definitely preview it as well to see how it's presented to the learner. So I do have a sample email banner. Once I upload it, I'm going to save it. Once it's saved, there's the preview button. So basically what this preview button does, it previews how the email would look to the learners. And you can see that the image is displayed as the email banner. If you want to update the email banner, let's say the logo has changed, you could remove the logo, and you can upload a new image as well. Thank you.
