logged in as Donald Doc, we're going to go through this program as a learner and see what the learning experience looks like so we are going to just quickly go through the  learning content we're not even going to click on the PDF and let's just go directly to X-Ray Uploads  so there are two X-Ray Uploads, one is required, one is optional and here's some of the instructions so this is where you can see that you can definitely make sure the learner  understand what they're supposed to upload so let's just select, this zip file is the requirement and then we're just going to upload some zip file so let's select the zip file  submit and I'm officially done with the submission and the user get the instructions on the fact that they have successfully submitted all the required uploads  and they'll be notified when they have been manually reviewed so they're good to go, they can click on close or they can go home, so let's just click on close so they have  uh... option to upload some additional so let's just do that let's upload some additional PDF this one is fine alright  so now this was automatically checked because it's not manually reviewed in any way and this one is required and it is pending review at this point I'm going to switch the browser  over to another browser that is locked in as administrator the reason I want to show this browser is that I want to show the email that has been generated  so as soon as Donald Duck has submitted his assignment there is actually an email that gets generated to Peter Parker  and the email itself actually says has submitted the required upload for this particular program and uh... the reviewer can click on the button to go directly there  now we're going to impersonate as Peter Parker to see what that looks like yes so actually before we do that let's impersonate as Michael Jordan to go through so that we have two  person who are submitting their assignment so Peter Parker will have two students to grade so let's quickly go through Michael Jordan and for Michael Jordan we're only going to  upload one which is their required component and we're not going to do the optional component so we're going to select close we're good to go  so now what we're going to do is I'm going to log out and log back in as Peter Parker and show what the faculty experience looks like and we'll do that in the next video
