Oasis users can enable webinar reminders under Manage Feature > Reminder Email, then configure 1-, 3-, or 7-day reminders in the event’s Detail > Email tab. The pencil icon lets you edit the message; the default is usually sufficient. If you use Zoom or another integrated platform, avoid enabling reminders in both systems, since attendees would receive duplicate emails. Use either Oasis reminders or the platform’s native reminders.
