will proctor the students. We're going to grab one of the assessment exam that has already been configured. This video tutorial is not going to go over how to set up assessment exam. We're going to go to the exam portion of the product, and then we're going to click on advanced options. Under advanced options, I'm going to click on edit, and I'm going to enable use online proctor. In this case, I'm going to use a real person proctor instead of the AI based proctoring. If you're interested finding out more about AI based proctoring, please reach out to support, but this video tutorial will highlight how to use a real person virtual proctoring. I'm going to click on update. At this point, a button shows up called manage proctored students. So I'm going to click on this button, and on this page, I will be able to configure which proctor will proctor which student for this exam and this exam only. So I'm going to say add student. In this case, I've already have quite a few faculties configured in the system, and the OASIS will only allow you to select a faculty as a proctor. So if you're not sure how to make someone a faculty, please reach out to support. But in my case, I'm going to select Lucy as the proctor. Next, I'm going to select some users as a student. So for this demonstration purpose, I'm just going to select a few users with a 360 factor email address. So I'm going to select Alfonso, say David, and let's say Novita as a three student that will be proctored. I'm going to click on save. So at this point, you can see that the students, which are three, have been configured to be proctored by the manager called Lucy Liu. Now, if your student population are organized nicely into a user group, there is a step to make this even easier. So here, we're going to go to tools, list, user group. To highlight, I have already created a group earlier called student that needs proctoring. So I manually put six people in this group. So I'm going to copy this. So you can add a student. I'm going to, once again, select Lucy Liu. Lucy Liu. Instead of selecting student one at a time, I'm going to select the student group. I'm going to click on next and click on save. As you can see, these six students are being proctored by Lucy Liu because they belong to this group and this group contains these six students. So this is just a more organized way of deciding which proctor is monitoring over which student. And because some names are duplicate, you can leave it here or you can delete them just in case you want to keep things clean. Now, I can always go back to say, hey, for this group, I will remove Novita from the list. Okay, when I do that, over here, I need to click on sync proctor student in order for Novita to disappear so that there's only five left. So keep in mind, if your group changes, you can wait for 24 hours for the system to automatically sync or you click on this to sync manually. So this is how the proctor to student relationship is configured. And if you have more than one proctor, you will go through the process for each proctor you have. And assuming in this exam, you have 10 proctors, everyone monitor 50 students, you will have 10 faculties listed, each one has 50 underneath. You can download the Excel file in case there are too many proctors for too many students and you want to have a offline record to keep things clear. Thank you.
