Now we're going to explore the option to allow Proctor to add time to his or her student. So I'm going to turn this feature on and I'm going to turn the lock student feature off.  Once again, I'm going to minimize this browser, which is logging as administrator, to go back to my split screen, where on the right-hand side is the Proctor  and on the left-hand side is the student. So now at this point, the user is working on the exam and he has about an hour and nine minutes.  Notice on the right-hand side, I have an ability to add time. So I could, say, give Afonso ten extra minutes for whatever reason.  The OASIS does not recommend or suggest any time that you should give to the student for whatever technical issues, logistic issues, or whatever.  So it is up to the Proctor to say, hey, I'm going to give this guy 15 extra minutes. I'm going to click on Set.  So now I'm just going to remember I had about an hour and nine minutes. I'm just going to navigate to the next question. So notice the time I have has been increased.  This works wherever the user is in the exam. If the user has an hour left and I give the user 15 minutes, the user has an hour and 15 minutes.  If the user has no time left and I give him 15 minutes, the user can once again enter the exam and spend the 15 minutes.  So the idea is if you want the Proctor to be able to give student additional time, instead of your Proctor calling you to extend their student,  which can be a little bit troublesome, you could give them the permission by logging in as administrator, go to Proctor setting, and turn on Allow Time Extension.
